This is an agreement between All In CDL Training and
All In CDL Training will provide behind-the-wheel on the road driving instruction in a dual-control vehicle and certified instructor (Initials)
Student will notify All In CDL Training not less than 24 hours before scheduled lesson if student will not be available. In the event of non-notification, student will be obligate to pay a cancellation fee of 50.00 (Initials).
