PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This Program is intended for individuals who are looking to enter the trucking industry as an Entry-Level Truck Driver. The training program follows regulations forth by the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The course will allow students to understand the basic fundamentals for commercial driving, through Lab Hours, Classroom Hours, Skills Driving and Road Driving, covering DOT & FMSCA Regulations, and Hook, Air Brakes, Backing skills, Highway and Traffic driving, combination vehicles, Hazardous Materials and Doubles & Triples Endorsement. Students will graduate training program with a certificate of completion, CA Commercial Driver’s License etc. Students are introduced to multifaceted educational environment to acquire the skills for their new career. The various learning techniques include: hands-on-training, classroom instruction, digital lectures, group participation, and high definition videos.

ALL IN CDL Grievance Procedure
If a student is not satisfied or has a grievance regarding constitutional rights, equal access to programs, discrimination, or personal safety issues may submit their issues directly to the All In CDL Training General Manager within thirty (30) days of an alleged occurrence. The initial complaint or grievance should be made using the form below, a verbal complaint or grievance may be made. If the complaint or grievance involves the General Manager, the student shall forward the complaint or grievance to the next administrative level.
ALL IN CDL Training staff will review the grievance and provide a written response to the student within five days. The outcome of the review by ALL IN CDL Training staff will be final unless new evidence or other circumstances warrant additional review of the complaint.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered in cases of unusual or extraordinary circumstances (such as illness, death in family, etc.) that prevent a student from attending class, ALL IN CDL Training may honor a request for full or partial refund of fees provided that:

the request from the student is made in writing ;

and when appropriate, supporting documentation should be provided;

When a students’ fees are subsidized by an agency and the student withdraws, the agency can submit a written request for refund only if the student’s hours of attendance are less than 50% of the course scheduled hours.
